Hunter - WoW Level 19 twink
83Beast Mastery: Ranged Physical Damage Dealer.
Beast Mastery hunters now at level 10 obtain the ability Intimidation, which commands the pet to stun the target for 3 seconds, this is an extremely useful spell for kiting and crowd control. This spell can allow the hunter to again massive distance if used at the right time and can give the hunter the upper hand to start shooting down their opponent before they do. These hunters also have their attack power increased by 15% from Animal Handler, which is a reasonable ability by itself, but paired up with the talent One with Nature, which increases the attack power bonus of aspect of the hawk by 30%, their range attacks can become quite powerful.
Beast Mastery hunters also have the talent Bestial Discipline, this increases the focus regeneration of their pets, allowing their pet to produce maximum damage compared to other hunter pets. All in all, Beast Mastery is quite a good choice for twink battlegrounds because of their ability to easily kite their opponents and deal a fair amount of damage.

Marksmanship: Ranged Physical Damage Dealer.
Marksmanship hunters since the last patch have become extremely useful in PvE and PvP. Their damage has been incredibly increased in almost every aspect making them equivalent to something like a rocket launcher with legs. Their ability Aimed shot used to be a 3 second cast with an increase of only 150% weapon damage, but now it is a 2.4 second cast with a 200% weapon damage increase. This gives hunter twinks the ability to easily take out more than half of their opponents whole health if not all. From leveling on my hunter Bot from level 20 to now (32) I find that it is difficult for me not to kill an opponent with one shot.
This is also due to the talentsĀ Careful Aim and Rapid Killing. For twinks Careful Aim allows the hunter to increase the critical strike change of Aimed Shot, Cobra Shot and Steady Shot by 30% if the target's health is above 80%. With good natural critical strike chance, this can allow the hunter to crit 50% of the time with their first shot. Rapid Killing is a buff that is gained after killing an opponent that yields honor or experience. The buff increases the next Aimed Shot, Cobra Shot or Steady Shot by 20%. This buff can increase the damage by as much as 150 damage or even more.
Marksmanship are also overpowered because of the fact that they have the passive ability called Artisan Quiver. This increases the damage of the hunter's auto-shot by 15%, this is a great ability in PvP because hunters can now run and use auto-shot at the same time, apposed to when in all other previous patches they could not.
Rotation when Fighting Melee Opponents:
1. Hunter's Mark
2. Concussive Shot
3. Aimed Shot
4. Kite and Arcane Shot and Concussive Shot spam until opponent defeated
Tip - Remember to Disengage and Scatter Shot if they are coming close to you, and if they do catch up to you, run through them and use Raptor Strike and/or Wing Clip, do not be afraid get close. Raptor Strike does reasonable damage if used with a two-handed weapon and Wing Clip slows the enemy for a long period of time.
Rotation when Fight Ranged Opponents:
1. Hunter's Mark
2. Aimed Shot
3. Arcane Shot x2
4. Steady Shot
5. Arcane Shot
Tip - Remember to Scatter Shot as well if you are low on health, need to interrupt a spell or need to prepare for a Steady Shot.
Survival: Ranged Physical Damage Dealer.
Survival hunters are all about survivability at max level, but at 19 they're all about out damaging their opponents. These hunters now gain the ability Explosive Shot which deals a huge amount of fire damage, plus puts a powerful 2 second dot on the target with a 6 second cool down. This attack is extremely useful for pvp because it does high damage and is an instant cast spell, the only down side is that it costs 50 focus which will require you to later stand still and use Steady Shot, which isn't a Survival hunter's ideal strategy.
They also have the passive ability called Into the Wilderness, this increases the hunter's agility by 10% which helps a whole lot when wanting to incorporate more attack power and critical strikes and hits into your attacks. Survival hunter's also gain the ability called Hunter vs. Wild, this increases their stamina by 10% as well, which can make a huge difference in pvp when trying to outlast your opponent.
Rotation when Fighting Melee Opponents:

Tip - Remember to Disengage and Scatter Shot if they are coming close to you, and if they do catch up to you, run through them and use Raptor Strike and/or Wing Clip, do not be afraid get close. Raptor Strike does reasonable damage and Wing Clip slows the enemy for a long period of time.
Rotation when Fight Ranged Opponents:
1.Hunter's Mark
2. Serpent Sting
3. Explosive Shot
4. Steady Shot x2
5. Explosive Shot
Tip - Remember to Scatter Shot as well if you are low on health, need to interrupt a spell or need to prepare for a Steady Shot.
Twink Hunter Pet
Bat or Cat?
Ever since the new patch, all pets can no longer obtain their special abilities until level 20 along with their talents. This is extremely frustrating for some because many pets had great abilities, such as the Crab pet was able to immobilize their opponent for 4 second. Another favourite was the Spider pet, this pet could shoot a web at a distance to root their targets in place for four seconds as well, pets like these were great for kiting. But now all these great abilities are not available until level 20, with the exception of one pet, the Bat.
The Bat pet is able to stun their opponents with a Sonic Blast ability, stunning them for 2 seconds. Although they are the only pets with their special ability, they do not have their basic attack, that is to say they do not have Smack, Bite or Claw, (which seem to resemble some what of the Warrior's Heroic Strike abilty), which all have a 3 second cool down and are the main source of the pet's damage. The only other pet who has more than 2 abilities is the Cat, they have the bonus ability Prowl. This allows the pet to become less likely to detect and slows its movement speed by 50%, the first strike also causes 20% extra damage. This is not the Cat's special ability, but it's bonus ability which only a few selected pets have in the game.
These two pets now are the ideal choice for hunters, either a very weak Bat but can stun for 2 seconds, or a Cat that's slow to start attacking but does much greater damage. In my own opinion, I say get both pets and use the Call pet 1 and 2 ability to swap in between when in different situations. Like if you're the Flag Carrier, you would want to have your Bat pet available to automatically stun a rogue or a prowling druid if they're following you. But if you're just running around by yourself or about to fight one on one, I suggest using the Cat, so you can take down your opponent much faster.
